Rentals are weekly during July and August.

Regular nightly rates apply for each additional night..

4-night minimum stay in the 4-bedroom cabin at all times.

3-night minimum stay through Labour Day weekend for all cabins -- August 30th to September 2nd.

In Each Cottage You Will Find

Cable TV, propane BBQ, full size fridge/stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (drip), pots & pans, dishes, all bedding, bathroom towels and kitchen. Coin laundry is at the office (cold water only).

WiFi is available in all of the cabins on the premises.

We Recommend That You Bring:

Beach towels,

Folding / Exterior chairs.

Extra bath linens, if you require more than one set and do not wish to do laundry.

Housekeeping and Linens

The cabins are housekeeping units.  As such, you are responsible for leaving the cabin clean when you depart, including all dishes washed, dried, and put away.  Remove all food and bring it with you, when you check out.

I provide one set of towels per person (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth), per week, as well as kitchen and bed linens.  There is coin laundry on the property, or a laundromat in Summerside.

All towels, blankets, and other linens are for inside use only.  Bring beach towels or beach blankets from home, for outdoor use.

I will provide a change for all linens at the end of each week, for stays longer than one week.  I will clean the bathroom between weeks and I will change the bed linens for you between weeks, if you require assistance.

Pets

I am pet friendly with no size restriction for larger dogs.  However, we ask that you keep your dogs leashed at all times when outside.  Please clean up after your pets.

Do not leave dogs alone in the cabin for extended periods of time.

There are no extra fees for pets.  Although, I do ask that you let me know you are bringing them.

Important Information

No cancellation after your confirmation deposit

All deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits paid will be deducted from the final total of your invoice.

I have a no-cancellation policy for all confirmed rentals and expect full payment for the rental.  However, if you must cancel, I will try to honour your deposit by switching your rental to another available date, if possible.

Reservation Policy

A minimum reservation of one full week, or longer, will be accepted for the months of July & August. Nightly accommodations may be available, as we get closer to the available dates.  Please call for more information or check the "hot deals" information page when it is showing on the web site.
